You will leave feeling motivated, informed and equipped with simple actions you can begin right away!
Cancellation Policy
I understand life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or class please give at least 24 hours notice. You may reschedule once at no charge if notice is given within the 24 hour window. Late Cancellations/No-Shows - Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be subject to a 50% service fee.
