How to use:
- For Heat: Microwave in 30-second intervals until warm. Test temperature before placing on skin.
- For Cold: Seal in a plastic bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

To Heat:
- Place the bag in the microwave for 30-60 seconds
- Check the temperature before applying. If needed, heat in 10-second intervals until warm

- Place bag in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours before use

For health and safety reasons, we can accept returns only if the product is unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery. Our products are handcrafted for personal use; we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened items. If an item arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, please email sunshineholistics22@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we will promptly replace or refund it at no cost to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
The shipping address must be to a correct physical location or P.O. box. Shipping rates are included in the total price. Return shipping costs are applicable to the purchaser. If the package is returned by the US Postal Service due to an incorrect address, the total purchase will be refunded.
